The first ever Zuma to grace Switzerland, the Pop-Up spans the Ultima Hotel Gstaad’s restaurant, bar and winter terrace, blending culinary artistry with the informal, social nature of Japan’s izakayas (taverns). Our seasonal collaboration brings Zuma’s inimitable fusion of modern Japanese cuisine and playful hospitality to the cosmopolitan hub of Gstaad, assuring guests a unique gastronomic and sensory experience. Nowhere else can you enjoy iconic dishes like marinated black cod in hoba leaf, wagyu tataki and yellowtail sashimi after days spent soaking up the majesty of the Swiss Alps.
