Savour four expertly composed courses, featuring 12 to 14 tasting dishes that journey through starters, sushi, mains and desserts, all crafted by the celebrated team from Zuma, in partnership with Ultima Collection and marking the opening of our pop-up restaurant at Ultima Hotel Gstaad starting on 5 December.
Through this collaboration, guests of Ultima Promenade Gstaad can also enjoy the artistry of a private Zuma chef in the comfort of their own chalet. Guided by a dedicated team, this curated dining unfolds in an intimate setting designed for unforgettable gatherings.
