This year, its award-winning fine dining restaurant will also remain open during the mid-season, as there is a clear demand for travellers and locals seeking exceptional culinary experiences during the quieter months.

As the only fine dining restaurant in Gstaad that is open whilst the crowds are away, whatever the occasion, anyone can enjoy menus curated by head chef Andrea Franceschi, combining fresh Swiss produce with flavours from around the world. During the mid-season, a la carte breakfast and dinner are served in the restaurant or as room service if desired, whilst the light lunch menu is available in the bar area.
