Walk through history. The Bisse du Ro is an old irrigation canal, but it is more unusual than others. Most Bisses are dug out of the earth or rock — but the Bisse du Ro runs along a sheer cliff. This is impressive as it was built in the 12th century.
Follow along the canal and under the cliffs, whilst taking in the views of the mountains across the valley to Anzère. Be sure to visit the Lac de Tseuzier. You won't regret seeing the turquoise water glittering in the sun.
And the best part? You can return to Ultima Crans-Montana's swimming pool for a refreshing dip.
